Snow Streak

Here in my yard, in Goffstown, NH we have seen snow in the following amounts over the last 20 days or so. I know these are not necessarily record-breaking, and that others have seen a lot more, but this is a pretty good run none the less. I do love all four seasons and here in NH I do feel that we get a good taste of each season annually. So even though the air temperature was -8°F when I went to bed last night and my driveway needed snow blowing again today because of the snow that had blown into open areas at depths of several feet; I still love winter. Late this afternoon I spent another hour or two outside working in the cold and the snow. There’s just something special about the crisp, cold air, and taking in a deep breath of it while pondering the white world around me. #ilovewinter

Surprise! More Snow!

It’s not a big storm, but it’s causing a mess on the roads this morning. We’ve got 4.5 additional inches of snow this morning. There’s just no more room to put this snow anywhere. I’m without a vehicle this week, so the twins and I are home. I’m off to clear the 400′ driveway so we can get oil delivered today. Meanwhile, the twins are snuggled in watching cartoons.
